ROVE and any related names, logos, product names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of ROVE or its licensors. Shopify’s name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Shopify. All other names and marks appearing on the Services belong to their respective owners.

We may provide access to third-party tools that we do not monitor, control, or influence.

ROVE is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales or purchases you make in our store are made directly with ROVE. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sale between you and ROVE, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from products or services purchased from us. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with ROVE.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ROVE, its affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, service providers, licensors, and Shopify and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, or replacement costs, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services or any products purchased through the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ROVE, Shopify, and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or relating to: (1) your breach of these Terms or any incorporated policy; (2) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party; or (3) your use of the Services.

We may assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, and you agree to cooperate with us in the defense of such matter.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall nevertheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms.
