Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at mapaye.isb@gmail.com. Do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at mapaye.isb@gmail.com so we can make it right.
Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on gift cards or final sale items.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you want a different item, please request a return for the original item first, then place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
